I ordered 3 items and I received one of them one month later. They charged me immediately in U.S. Funds. The top I received was not properly sized and only vaguely looked like the one advertised. When I emailed them to return the item for a refund, they advised me that I have to return it to Guangzhou, China - at my cost. They offered a 15% refund instead so I could "alter the sweater to fit". I asked for a refund on the other two items and I have still not received it - this is 8 weeks later.
