TERRIBLE! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
DO NOT ORDER FROM BELLELILY! I ordered a wreath & pillow cover for Christmas. The wreath is barely 11 inches not 24 inches that I was told. Also, I ordered a "Red Truck" pillow cover and received a "Snowman Baby it's Cold Outside@ one. When I emailed them they asked me to send a picture of what I got. They later replied that I got what I ordered and they were done. I have my receipt! I asked if they were blind and can't tell the difference between a truck and a snowman? They are ignoring me now & nothing has been resolved!

DO NOT ORDER FROM BELLELILY.com!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! THEY DON’T LISTEN TO ANYTHING! I ordered a Red Truck pillow cover & got a Snowman pillow cover! NOTHING RESOLVED!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
