From the information available on the website to help choose a clock to the quality of the product received, I couldn't be more satisfied. The clock was a birthday gift for my wife. When there was a slight delay in the availability of the clock I ordered, I posted a message on the website and received a call within an hour with an offer to upgrade my clock for free to make sure it arrived in time for her birthday. She chose to wait for the original order and it arrived within a week. The clock looks and works great! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a cuckoo clock.
