I have bought several items from the store but my most valuable experience waas that:
I had to return (witjin warranty) a faulty smartwatch. I did send it, using the local post office, signed, with a tracking number, but despite all these, the package was lost. Under such circumstances you are not eligible for a resend (or a refund). Contrary to that, since I had already provided evidence of actually sending the watch, I was refunded close to 40% of the product's value in store credit!
The package was officially declared lost and the product number was reported to the police, and the store offered me some money back!
I did not expect that and I appreciate that move from their behalf.
I would definitelly suggest them to anyone.
