It was my first time ordering from there, and I was a bit worried as I bought something expensive. I have to say the whole experience and service was excellent from A-Z. The product was delivered to me in the UAE on the same day, with excellent wrapping and packaging, an amazing scent, and very beautiful aesthetics that I took pictures.
Unfortunately it wasn't my size, and when I asked for an exchange or refund it was dealt with immediately by courteous customer service. They called, emailed, and arranged for pick up and refund on the next day, they made sure to update me on the services they had, on the total that would be refunded, and on the try it at home first before committing service in the UAE.
I was so tempted to keep the product even though it's not my size just because of how amazing the experience was.
Will definitely not be my last and want to order from there again ASAP. Thank you The MODIST <3

Sooooo happy with my Maria Maleta purse! Delivery was very quick and easy, the purse came in perfect condition, with lovely personalized wrapping, dust bag, personalized message, and even a discount code to use for next time! I personally love it when brands take the time to appreciate their customers and will be repeating a purchase soon! Great quality bags too and delivery to UAE was quick!

Seriously I am always at ease when ordering something from them. I know everything will be perfect, products will be flawless, packaging will be great, and delivery will be fast and smooth. They are always my go to shop for anything I need, only thing missing is a larger collection.

After reading so many mixed reviews I was reluctant to continue with my purchase but the 14 day free return policy put my mind at ease. Decided to order a Many Atelier bag from Stefania Mode boutique which I wasn't sure at all what to expect in terms of quality, condition, wrapping PR anything else. The item arrived in flawless conditions perfectly wrapped, all with inclusions dust bag care card detailed receipts and all. Communication from FarFetch throughout the process and delivery took less than a week to Dubai. Only thing missing is a discount code to use on my next purchase cuz I'll definitely be repeating!
