I have purchased a PANERAI GMT LUMINOR MARINA with the rubber strap buckle.
The watch is ok BUT fee days after the steel protection of the watch corona collapsed because of a loose screw ( is a specific very small screw).
Some days after that the rubber strap also cut in half.
As you can understand i was dissatisfied by this product and i've emailed the sale support of okreplica.com and very politely explained that I had these problems with my purchase.
Few days later i had a mail from sale support and mrs Sally Li who was apologizing about the problems and reassured me that they will send me a new rubber strap and a screw to replace the one that had failed.
Two moths later they have not send nothing so again i was email mrs Sally Li complaining that they have forgotten me!
She apologized saying that it was the fault of the factory and reassured me that in two or three days they will finally send the replacements.
Three months after that i had not received anything so i have decided to make a third mail more aggressive complaining about that ant for the third or fourth time Sally Li have apologized and reassured me about the immediate response to my problem.
As you can understand they HAVE NEVER SEND ME ANYTHING AND MY LAST MAIL WAS ON JULY 2018.!
LISTEN MY ADVISE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
There are so many reliable sites with respect to our money and OKREPLICA.COM IT IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

It was the second time that I purchased something from PERFECTWATCHES!
The first was a Rolex japanese mechanic watch and the second a Mont Blanc pen and Bulgari cufflinks.
Both times i had an excellent customer support and communication.
But the secind time they exited their selfs!
I had a problem with the Mont Blanc pen and i send an email to customer support within some photos.
Immediately they proposed to replace the item!
I proposed to pay for the expenses but they denied!
Immediately they had sent the new pen and notified me about the shipping!
