My card was declined and I called the support and they were very kind and listened to the reason. They held my ticket booking for 3 days and I got the same rate later on. They also helped to bill me with the choice of my currency (Euro).
The con is, I had to call and ask for /explain why I was charged more than what I was shown on the final payment page. And it was due to Dollar to Euro exchange. I hope this can also be automated - that the billing is done in the same currency as shown in the payment page and not go through these hassles.
