Based on this experience, I proved myself right, & shame on me for being sucked in by cheap prices.
NEVER AGAIN.
EDIT: I waited well over 30 days for a bag that never arrived.
Emails back & forth to customer service, always telling me to "wait with patience", now I have my money back & I will not bother with banggood ever again.
Katherine L, what's the point in investigating the case? There is no case!
I received one of the 2 items I ordered, I got my money back for the one that didn't arrive, so who cares. At this point I am not owed anything.
The pisser is that I really wanted that second item, being a bag, as I have one like it but it's wearing out.
We learn from our mistakes. I refuse to hand over my money & simply wait with my fingers crossed that what I paid for actually arrives.
EDIT: & banggood are still spamming my email with offers... hahahahaha, as if I'm ever going to bother!
