The screenshot below will explain it all. I'm absolutely repulsed by the way ClubLLondon has handled my order. They should be embarrassed. They've asked me to wait intil my package that's 2+ weeks late arrives to return it for a refund. I don't know if or when it'll ever come!
Tip for consumers:
If you have an issue, go to their IG DM's. They don't get back to you when you contact them through customer service on their website
