Made a purchase on March 12th when the expected ship time was 4-6 weeks. We are now coming up on three months - 12 weeks total and I still have no idea on when my products will arrive. Is it a pandemic? Yes. Do I understand that shipping may be delayed? Yes. But this is ridiculous. The customer service is petty and rude in their responses. If I was the business owner, I would have my team provide nothing but sincerely apologetic responses. Instead, everything is snarky and not understanding of the customer's frustrations. I received an email stating I'm 1 of 1,695 orders remaining and I have the option to cancel my order. After waiting a whole trimester for these candles, there's no way I'm cancelling. Even after their relaunch, I will not be a returning customer. This company will run itself into the ground.
