I lose mail monthly. Stuff shipped out with dead tracking numbers. Items returned to sender. Mail that says postage due. WTF. Who's running this mickey mouse or is someone sabotaging me because I complain monthly about their subpar service! All mailbox's services are not the same. Staples is the station that processes my doomed mail through ipostal.

It is very uncommon for mail to go missing. Our locations are certified by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, that receive and manage mail securely and professionally. Still, things can happen. Our representatives will contact you and work with the mail center to investigate your situation and address any issues so that this does not happen again.

You always have the option to move your digital mailbox to another iPostal1 address. We can make this simple and fast.
