Absolutely do not fall for the "trial offer". I ordered the trial and soon discovered the scam. I was able to cancel in time and return it within the timeframe they specified. A week later my card was charged $160. I spoke to them and they said they did get the return in the timeframe and could give me a 30% refund! I was furious. A 30% refund on $160 they stole. They confirmed I canceled and confirmed the return and still think they can keep 70% of the money they stole. I'm not done with this but my guess is I'm out $112 no matter what. They have zero shame. They are completely ok with stealing your money. See a retail store couldn't do that because you could stand in their store and cause enough of an issue that would scare off customers but online, enough people fall for the "trial offer" that they are still making money. I can't imagine anyone actually pays monthly for this product so they are in business purely on these trial offers that they end up charging you for anyway. If anyone reads these reviews and orders the trial anyway, you deserve to be ripped off. I suppose shame on me and perhaps all of us for not searching reviews before we all got scammed. Lesson learned. Never again!
