We have been customers of Zivame since more than a decade. During this time, we have time and again faced problems of substandard customer service, order not fully delivered, delays in pickups,mysterious auto cancellations of requested return pick-ups, non honouring the discount codes given for special occassions despite more than 1.5 years of back and forth communication with their team, for 18 months the response was 'there was a technical error, which we are trying to fix', non posting of negative product reviews, etc. etc. Basically the company refuses to accept any responsibility if the package has a product missing, even if the package is torn. The customer service team is inadequately trained, and despite repeated requests, refuses to connect to senior agents. Very disappointing service overall for a millenial company. They have a range of products, but while you buy these products, you are guaranteed to lose your hair in frustration as there is zero accountability towards the customer.
