Only Liars are working at this company. They wasted my time for 2 weeks with no solution. They were putting me on hold, and then hang up. Then with emails same story over and over, they would go around with me, but not to solve my problem with a refund. They are the worst to deal with, and I called the hotel were we have stayed one night, and the manager was ready to help us, but not AGODA. I am highly recommend to avoid to book via their app, as if something happens you will not see your money. They didn't want to refund for one night out of 2, as I made a honest mistake and booked for a wrong date. So they needed to refund for one night. They were lying that they reached out to the property and their policy is not allowing to refund, so I called the hotel, and the manager told me if we did not stay there, and she saw that we stayed just one night, she will refund us, and she mentioned that she did not get a call or email from Agoda, lol. So those liars did not do anything to help, and wanted to take our money. If a person makes a mistake and can't have their money back right away, something is wrong with the company. Please, stay away!
