If I could rate 0 I would
We are without internet, Foxtel and home phone since January.
Telstra were to send out a technician on 3 consecutive days and then cancelled.
Since we joined NBN we were without any TV or internet every weekend. Then it broke down altogether in January. Telstra made no effort to solve our problem
We are now in mid March and they have never fixed our problem!.
It has left us no option but to leave this company and never
Recommend Telstra to anyone to be put through what we have endured and no one would fix the problem.
