About Me

I attended Hunter College and received a Master’s from Staten Island University.My best experience was the Italy/ Greece vacation in 1972 with my best friends. After teaching and tutoring for several years, I decided to try the business world and advanced to assistant purchase advisor. I would have further developed appointment to department head but at the time my son was born and had to leave.

How I Can Help

I have been dieting most of my life with good results but not permanent. Since I love food, gaining weight has always been a problem. After listening to many new weight loss programs on line, I decided to try Dr. Guindry since he made sense. I am new to this method and have not seen results, but I hope to make advances by the 60-day mark. Good luck to all our followers of Dr. G’s guidance.

“Refreshingly Drinkable”

Vital Red is a nice drink to enjoy in mid afternoon. I use it with ice cold Puritan's Pride water and stir it vigorously in order to dissolve all the granules.A small whisk is on my buy list for better results.
