I was super skeptical of this site, especially after reading reviews (on this site and others) of wrong orders and Sneakerhead not accepting returns. Despite the horror stories, i went through and bough a pair of Stephan Janoski nike skate shoes, and I couldn't have been more impressed...

The shoes came in 3 days, in pristine quality, and they even came with a pretty quality sneakerhead bag, a dope sneakerhead sticker, and an entire return sheet you could fill out if the wrong item was shipped to you.

I wouldn't doubt that the stories of terrible customer service are true... but sneakerhead must have seriously stepped up their service. 10/10 would recommend.
