Ordered a ring necklace with intention of adding more rings or engravings in the future, as it is advertised as. They have now said we are unable to and are pushing me to buy a new necklace. They are also overpriced for the quality they are. Recommend going elsewhere.

We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding regarding your order, we can only add more beads/charms/rings in the future to our jewelries in case you purchased the Future engraving option, or they can be added separated. If you have not purchased the options, we are not able to add the additional charms.
