PNM Group was recommended to us by some trusted contacts in the Toronto start-up community. We traveled to Vaughan, and met the team, and saw their offices. We felt that PNM's track record and solid experience in delivering projects in our technology stack were a great fit for us. I think being able to trust a software partner for outsourced work is so critical. We appreciate PNM's clear communication. The developers are responsible, trustworthy, and capable.
Tip for consumers:
I think at the start, PNM Group had to adjust to our more direct remote management of the developers. But they were great about this and proved very flexible. So we have not had any further issues here.
