I placed a large order for a variety of items. 3 separate boxes from 3 different locations.
2 arrived exactly on time. 1 box was late but, that was due to weather which can't be helped.

I had a bad reviewed of a heat press here. BUT, HeatPressNation after refusing to exchange it, offered a return(at my expense over $100.00 to ship). It is a CraftPro model. After some calibration I have it working great. I did buy a bigger press for my large projects but, this little press is so much easier to use and I get great results. I'll be keeping it for my smaller projects.
Tip for consumers:
This is a CRAFT heat press. It's not a toy. But, It's NOT a Hotronix or a Insta. It's for crafters not t-shirt production shops.
If you stay within it's capabilities it's a great heat press.
