I purchased a skirt from Sara Ashley over a month ago; maybe two now, and have yet to receive tracking information. I reached out a few times to their support email and they just give you some BS reply that they're working on it, etc. I finally filed a claim with PayPal and I'm hoping to get a full refund. I know it's only $50, but that's how they make money. They just assume the consumer's won't go through the hassle to get the refund. Sucks I'm not one of those customers. :)
