I've been a long (10+ year) time shopper at HisRoom, tremendously satisfied up until my last experience. I ordered my sweetie a multipack of bikini underwear in a Small. He's kept himself in very attractive shape, so I like to see him stylishly (and comfortably) dressed. I received an XL 40-42 in error. Was a nightmare to return/receive credit for and left a scar. Phone number to Customer Service was "not working"; email contact was unsuccessful; nobody seemed to care about resolving their own error. It was an EXTREMELY disappointing experience.
My sweetie doesn't pay attention to his underwear and since I'm the one who sees them I look for new brands/opportunities for his comfort and my viewing pleasure. Since I still shop at HerRoom, I thought I'd give Tomima and her team another opportunity to keep my business. I have a "friends group" of 14,000 and we share buying tips on all kinds of things.
The Feedback Title says it all. I've been shopping here for 10 years. Quality Brands at an excellent price. Easy to make selections, good website experience so far. Returns have been easy in the past when a size/fit doesn't work.

I found HerRoom several years ago after going through cancer and wanting to know how to return my body to its previous healthy state and appearance. My bra band size increased by 2 inches at that time, which was not normal for me. I wanted healthy advice to make healthy changes. Originally, I stumbled onto the site because I simply needed some new bras. This well organized, well-laid out website educates regarding many lingerie topics, in my case, how to get back to my previous band size. By following the recommendations I found on HerRoom, not only did I return to my pre-illness shape and size, but I also got some beautiful, supportive bras (36D2) at a great price--a small way to return to normal living & give myself a treat!--all of which have worn well. I had hundreds of lingerie choices which were well illustrated & well documented with reviews from other customers. All the items were shipped directly to my home. It led me to discover a related site called HisRoom. If YOU were to tell the truth, wouldn't YOU really want to throw out every piece of your man's undergarment, replacing them with something pleasing to YOU in your life in the bedroom. I enjoy looking through both sites to find items for the both of us.
