Isotoner is a VERY difficult company to order directly from. Once you place an order with them, you cannot cancel it, no matter how fast you contact them to do so. Customer service is horrible. There's no CS phone number readily available, and once you find one, you can call until you are blue in the face and you'll never reach an actual person…just a recording telling you to e-mail them. Once I received the order that Isotoner wouldn't cancel, I returned to them it immediately without even opening the package. I had to pay shipping to receive the order, pay more to ship it back to them, and then they kept $10 of my refund, stating that I used their return shipping label, which I did NOT! I ended up finding the same Isotoner gloves on Amazon for $15 with free shipping…no hassles. And the only reason I purchased anything Isotoner was for someone else who asked for those specific gloves. Never again!
