“Nordstrom's Canceled My Order, Then Still Charged Me For It!”

I placed an order online, they canceled it, then they still charged me for it. My son Jalen is autistic and leaves in a shelter in Arizona. His birthday is on December 10th, Nordstrom's not only practiced fraud, but is ruining my son's birthday.
