I ordered a birth certificate on 12-21-23 and still haven't received it. And i paid an additional $20 for a rush order. They don't respond to emails or chats. This is a joke. If you need a birth certificate, order it directly through your states website. Wish I would have done that instead. Back to square one. Disputed the charge through my bank. Hopefully I'll get my money back one day.
