DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I had a binding estimate for a move. Price was guaranteed for 24 months. On the 13th of October when attempting to set up my move the price was increases $700! Speaking with my moving representative Brandon C. He stated he did not know why the increase. He would figure it out and call me. I have never heard back from him. He has not returned any voice mail requests for a call back.
I was forced to find another mover.
Once filing with my credit card company for services not rendered THEN Cardinal decided to contact me on 19 October 2021.
They stole my money.

Assisted with my refund. I appreciate that.
The dress is very lovely.
However, i had to change my review to 4 or 5 to get my refund.

I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding. I ordered according to their sized chart the dress should have been a size 24, but received by measurements on the dress a size 16.
I have been emailing back-and-forth and gotten nothing but hassle hassle and no return address. As well, once I receive an authorization I will have to return the dress to China! The address label says New York on the package.
It is a beautiful dress. So sad I can't wear it.

Please be noted the "New York" address printed on the original shipping label was not for our warehouse, but for the transit depot of the shipping company. We are unable to set up a return warehouse in US due to the coronavirus problem. So currently all the orders need to be returned to our warehouse in China.
