I'm surprised at the number of low rating received for fullbeauty.com. I've been a customer for at least 15+ yrs. Maybe as an older customer (67 :), my expectations aren't as high as some of the low rated patrons, but I've had nothing but positive experience in purchase, quality, promo, exchanging or receiving refunds.

I will admit that the black & dark blue dye used in some of the apparel is awful... stinks and fades, however, that's not their fault (different manufactures) I ALWAYS wash everything before wearing. I hope, I didn't jinks myself by giving them a four star. I give the four star because of TOOOOO MANY emails/offers, otherwise, my experience would be five star.

No longer able to join the brick & mortar, shopping community, I am thrilled with online shopping at Walmart. Website is easy to navigate and deliver is quick w/free shipping over a certain amount, and I'm alway at or exceeding that amount:-)

COMPLAINT: Only one and that is the delivery comes over a period of several days that does not include different vendors. I had a bottle of visine delivered in a box large enough to hold a basketball. I know, I know, what the heck... I'm at home. I still have to get rid of these boxes and w/the way I order there's a lot (10-20 items). Use to get Walmart items in one or two boxes. Bottom Line, I'm still happy w/the Walmart on line shopping

I've just received my 3rd order from LovePopCards. I don't like on line ordering so I called and each time I reached Cory, who was simply wonderful in taking my order by phone. Love the products. My first order was a Xmas card for a 90+ yr old friend (Santa in a Hammock) she just loved, loved, loved the card. Second order was valentine for my 8 & 15 yr old grand daughters, they were simply amazed at the cards. Now I've ordered a " welcome back" card for my postal lady, who was on sick leave and b-day cards for a couple of friends... such a wide selection to choose from. I get a lot of thanks and compliments. The card itself, is a gift. Oh, and this was the first time I dealt w/a company I saw on the TV show, Shark Tank. Very happy, very, very happy! Order early... mail delivery is a little slow for standard or free shipping. My 1st order got lost; however, the company did honor my initial request.
