It took them 5 days to get my frame order processed and shipped. Unacceptable. It is taking twice as long for them to get it in the mail than the shipping time.
Tip for consumers:
If you are in a rush to get the product, determine the total time to get the product. It is definitely not same day shipping. In my case it was 5 days from order to them putting it in the mail.
