Shampoo and conditioner arrived from L'Occitane with French labels (verveine agrumes). No English translation on the bottles. Customer service on Sunday agreed that the wrong products were sent and sent replacements at no cost. After a second lengthy conversation with customer service, I was told that I had the correct products both times and needed to return the replacement bottles. "Seal up pkg and place outside to be picked up." I believe they should have seen this as THEIR prob and not MINE. They lost a good customer. Customer Service should have informed me on the first call that I had the correct product ( just written in french). I am not responsible for their mistake of sending it out again. They may be getting $40 worth of product back but losing hundreds of my dollars for poor customer service.
