First, I want to start by saying that I wanted to love Lensabl. I'm a huge fan of start-up companies and often prefer them over established brick and mortar stores. As businesses' shift towards eCommerce, consumers must rely on positive reviews to confidently engage with a business. Unfortunately, my experience with Lensabl went from disappointment to total regret. I placed an order for a set of prescription lenses with an anti-reflective coating. Upon receiving and close inspection, I noticed stains between the lenses and the anti-reflective coating. I emailed Lensabl's customer care team to set up a repair and to update my address for the repair to be sent to. When the repair was complete, I received a shipment confirmation to the old address. I immediately contacted Lensabl and requested that they contact UPS and have the package rerouted, but the follow-up reply was days too late. I eventually receive my glasses and notice the right lens had 3 scratches! By this point, I had lost all patience, from defective lenses, untimely communication, and my order being sent to the wrong address. I send my last email to express my disappointment and frustration, and to give them a final opportunity to fix the matter before I request a chargeback with my credit card company. Ultimately, we agreed to have a right side replacement lens sent out for me to install myself. I will never use Lensabl again, nor do I recommend their services. Proceed with extreme caution as it's not worth the time nor hassle!
