I bought a refurbished Mac book pro advertised as excellent condition, refurbed by "Omaha blue". Upon unpacking and booting up it failed to boot and gave an error message that the startup disk could not be verified. 61 hours and many messages via the "customer care portal" and I have yet to receive a response other than 2 automated emails stating help is on the way within 24 hours. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB, will I ever get a return label and my $1692.37
