Here is an email that I immediately sent to customer service after trying multiple times to get my headphones to work.
Dear customer service,
Today (Oct 5th), I received my order of a pair of Sol Republic 1430-02 Tracks Air Wireless Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones (Black). After assembling the sound engines on the headband and charging the headphones, the headphones did not power on. I double checked to make sure that I had the correct sound engine on the appropriate side of the headband, and I was still not able to get the headphones to power on. The headphones are fully charged as indicated by the solid green light. My Order number is *******. Needless to say, I am disappointed as I have been anticipating receiving these headphones. Please advise on the next step to resolve this issue.
