“Great service but item damaged”

Item arrived with no cord to power. Also top plastic was damaged.in several places. I called got prompt reqpomse and new item shipped. No cord again and top damaged in same exact three places...I can only assume this was a problem with manufacturing defect and they bought damaged. I said the heck with it and did not call again.

It was great ..but my problem not resolved.

Reason I chose this business:

Price and I had been looking for this item..
