(3) The subscription page deceptively displays the monthly breakdown of cost, but the only subscription term available is for a whole year. Cancelled online and going to try to get a refund within the 30-day trial period.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. When signing up for a subscription or free trial, you are given the option to choose between a monthly subscription OR a yearly subscription. Both prices are provided for you to choose what best suits your needs.
