“This company is a scam”

I got a gift card only to find out that these morons only allow you to use it for certain events…. They even told me that my gift card might not be refundable…. I've been in sales for 15 years and I've never had a company tell me hey sorry we can't give you a refund. These people are scam artists and I will never ever ever be buying any tickets from them again. Do not be fooled by them. This is absurd and they deserve to hear about it! Ticket you are scam artists! Great job.
