I am renewing a heavily used passport. The passport lead times are ridiculous and this is being nice. I have already had to cancel two trips and another trip coming in two weeks. Expedited service is like dealing with a drug dealer. You pay almost $100.00 to get no guarantee that anything will be expedited. You have to cut and paste an email and than add your charge card information to an email. This is 1990 technology and we wonder why identities get stolen.

Once they receive your document, mine took 9 weeks, and after reviewing your documents the site states it might take 6 more expedited weeks to package your new passport and an additional 6 weeks to mail it. This is the expedited service

Tip for consumers:
Pan on 6 months or more

After listening to multiple sales pitches from Realtor.com I decided to sign up for their lead program. For my investment the promise was an average of (4) leads per/week. It never happened. I have had an ongoing discussion with John Montaque Region Sales manager for months only to be dragged along with promises not delivered on. Realtor.com has gotten one thing correct. They have not missed for one minute taking the monthly payment I agreed to. What they have missed is delivering ongoing quality leads. When asked where the leads are they tell you they can't control when people go to their site. They seem to have enough data for sales to guarantee an average of 4 leads per/week. They even continue to sell additional leads in the same Zip code when only delivering about 30% of my contract. REALTORS BEWARE. THE LEADS MIGHT BE GOOD WHEN YOU GET THEM BIT YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. Realtor.com works like a medical plan. They hope you will die before you can collect.

After staying at a B&B listed on this web site I wanted to write a bad review. This site listed great things about the B&B we stayed in but in no way could they be possible. Other revie sites had a mixed review but Bedandbreakfast.com had nothing but good things to say.So get this...

If you write a good revew on bedandbreakfast.com the review gets posted without delay. If you write a bad review the review gets held up until you scan or fax and send documentation that you really stayed somewhere. Now I understand verification. Why do you think they make it harder on some but not others? Is this fair. Maybe the answer is in who pays for advertising on B&B.com. A review is a review and should be treated as equal when good or bad.

Use fair rules for everyone. This site is a real bad example

Richard B. thanked you for your review of VRBO

“Talked with the Bed & Breakfast in question (Eliza Thompson House in Savannah) and they said they would have refunded us. No more business with Expedia or BedandBreakfast.com. They should be turned over to the AG.”
