I Purchased a 1 night stay for a hotel. Didn't end up using it. Tried to get a refund through customer service and got nowhere. Send Email with my booking number said they would send refund. Week has gone by and nothing has been returned. Cant talk to anyone no-one returns my phone calls. After looking at my Reciept Says There are no refunds. Really You Can Just keep People's money and if they have a issue and cant go to their booking you just keep my money, What a Rip Off! Who would do that?
Tip for consumers:
don't use there rip off artists. No Refund policy. Your a booking company. if you don't use what you bought you should get a refund. Dont USE!
