Warning! This man does not take credit cards so it will be harder to get your money back.

I ordered John Gragans California Alarm Company Operators License test materials (13-lbs) and I never received the product after sending a money order and a cashiers check to the black hole of a P. O. Box 9065 that he personally gave me by text message after a conversation on the phone. He now says he doesn't have my money even after I sent him copies of the overnight delivery packing slip, the USPS confirmation of delivery that it made it in the box, and the endorse/cashed check. He stated, you wont find anything with my signature on it.
This is a very unprofessional site or it could be a scam. Be careful, John Grogan and/or his sites have no online payment options; he just wants money orders and checks. Red Flag!

One year update:

After several attempts by my US Bank to have John Grogan complete and sign (2) affidavits verifying he did not receive the money order or cashiers check, they have not been received as of 5/25/16. I was present when the Bank manager called him on his cell phone and he stated that he would send in the paperwork so I could receive a refund. He did not!
