I have been a loyal customer of Tech Support UNTIL MyCleanID took it over. Since then, it has been impossible to get support promptly It might take an entire day for them to call back. Unacceptable, especially for those whose business, like mine, needs to have communications open. Someone's life might depends on it.
Tip for consumers: What other people were thinking about customer service. Surely is too bad that MyClean ID got hold of Advanced Tech Support and became a Sales vehicle and not a tech support entity. I'm so disappointed I spent a lot of money upfront for a "lifetime" service agreement with a monthly fee of $14.95. It is now $19.95 a month. Not a bargain anymore now that it is built on the business model. I'll be looking for a better tech support that offers quick access and not a "call in 2-4-hours.
