I tell the man with the broken English that my $25 gift card didn't work possibly because expired as I held for covid to pass. He assures me they have no expiration & he will ask Suoervisor the remedy. He returns in 2 mins to say they will rush me new card number to my email. He requests I rate him well and starts to sign off. I say my movie starts soon. He says no worries. Info is being emailed over to me. I ask him my email. He has no idea. I ask for a Supervisor. He argues that he could just fix everything if I give my email instead. I givexny email yet still want a Supervisor. He says he will get one. After 10 secs says he asked & they weren't available. I say you didn't speak to anyone because I heard you breathing, I heard your dog barking and then you say you spoke to someone, but I would have heard that. This time he uses the hold button to fake the funk. Same result. Boss doesn't want to talk. No confidence in them, but will continue being a thorn because dont like idea of my loved one throwing away $25.
