As a firm supporter for all things black owned, this was truly disheartening and unbelievable how this person responded to me like I was nothing. They resorted to name calling and cursing. I did not receive the messages they replied to as it went to spam. When an email did come through their response was rude and when I sent a screenshot that it went to spam, they then took the rudeness to a whole nother level. I have never experienced something like this EVER. I am still in shock.
Tip for consumers:
Support someone else that knows how to respond with professionalism. These people act like they can stay in the game talking so recklessly.
Products used:
NONE, they were so darn rude and cancelled my order before I could. Let’s see how long my little $12 refund takes since I need it so bad.
