I ordered a 12V power supply for overnight delivery as it was needed immediately. When I did not receive it, I called 3 times the next day before I got an answer. I was told it would arrive a day late. When that didnt happen I purchased one elsewhere.
I finally received the item over a week later and after I stopped payment on the credit card. I was informed by SolidSignal that I would have to remove this Dispute in order to receive a refund. I returned the item and removed the Dispute.
It has been almost 3 months now without my refund. Solidsignal will not answer my requests. Not only am I out the purchase price of the item but the overnight shipping charges and the return shipping charges.
I guess they showed me.
