Shopped Zulily for years and consistently made purchases that were exactly as represented and were priced well. Recently something must have changed because the packing/shipping process has been bad. In October I received an item I never ordered and didn't receive an item I did order. In November I received a shipment that was so poorly packed that everything was damaged... the box was 3 times the size needed, the air bags served no purpose, an item I've never even seen on Zulily (I think it was a part for a car-it weighed about 5 lbs and rolled around in the box crushing everything) was in the box. Shopping online used to be a great experience with Zulily but the appeal is almost gone for me now. I emailed and received a very nice reply stating that my full purchase price had been credited and an additional $20 credit placed on my account. I really do appreciate that olive branch but I'd be happier if Zulily would fix the problem. Trouble is I will only know that they have fixed it by risking another order that may arrive just like these other 2.
