I sent a package over to Cuba back on September of 2020 and my family hasn't received it yet as of today 05/10/2021. The agency never contacts the client to apologize or to reimburse the money to their clients, every time I call regarding my concern they always say it will arrive. Very poor service. No consideration towards the client. Very disappointing.
