I can take only 1 capsule a day of Complete Bio 3. It is very
Constipating. I tried but could not tolerate 1 tablet twice daily. I had to take a laxative after taking complete Bio 3
Twice a day. I was going to return the product but I expect that one capsule a day could still be beneficial. So I am keeping it for now.
