I worked with thses people for months, paid a bunch of money and they ended up messing up the import and then ghosted me.
I was working with a manager (javier), it was great. Then the schedule import came in wrong. He said he'd fix it then get back to me. He never does... stops responding to emails... I send a review to their system.
I get a person called Norbert to respond and he's on it... He then ghosts me...
I contact every email I have for them and I end up getting some money refunded but can't get the rest or them to respond.
Tip for consumers:
I wasn't able to get their product to work even with extensive help and escalation through the ranks.
Wasn't able to get a refund for a product that was never functional.
