McLaughlin has great quality and the clothes are cheery looking. Still wear items from 2015 because the material is wonderful. Most of the products are machine washable.

McLaughlin stands behind its products. There were problems with the handle on my bag and McLaughlin replaced it.

The clothes are comfortable and easy to wear. I wish they made longer inseams. One of my items is pilling, but I still wear it.

Toad&Co has good customer service. Once an item didn't arrive, and FedEx stated it was left (at a location that didn't make sense for where we live). Toad&Co re-sent it quickly with no additional charge.

Smartwool is awesome. The products keep you warm, they are machine washable, and they last. The bright colors are nice, unlike so many wool garments that are only available in dreary shades.

The bait and switch is real with Turbo Tax. Advertising is extremely misleading. It is consistently exponentially more expensive than it is originally presented. You cannot access specific line items. Unlike its competitors' websites, TurboTax does not always make old returns available. Customer service people are courteous but incompetent.

I bought a pair of slacks for about $148 with the welcome coupon. Ordered directly from Spanx for the longer inseam. A week later the price was cut in half. It took a long time to receive my order, consequently, the price had already changed before its arrival.

Spanx doesn't do price adjustments.

So I returned them within the 60-day time frame. Now Spanx is not processing the return of this unworn item, in the original garment bag, with the tags attached.

USPS records demonstrate the item arrived at the return center. It was sent in the original Spanx bag and with the Spanx label.

In my experience Spanx is not responsive to emails. My efforts to reach someone on the phone have not yielded results. Tough to anticipate ever buying from them again. It's hard to understand why this company's customer service would be either this poorly executed or off the charts sleazy.
