Ordered 4 bracelets. All defective. Ordered a ring turned for gold to silver within a week. Tried to return bracelets, sent pictures, etc. nothing. After the sweet "oh no let us help". Ghosted! No refund. A real sham operation. Lousy quality, lousy customer service (none). Lousy company

The company will offer sweet words and ghost you. Quality awful, defective, gold turned silver in color, sent pictures, promised a refund 7 times. Never happened
