I purchased a product from Amazon, which unfortunately never arrived Amazon, promptly cancelled the order. I UNFORTUNATELY, used affirm to pay. It's been almost four months trying to get affirm to refund this loan amount. I've reported affirm to the attorney general and better business bureau The customer service agents will not fix this. They repeat over and over it's Amazon, even tho I submitted documentation from Amazon that it was cancelled. STAY FAR AWAY FROM AFFIRM. Go to AFTER PAY. So much better.

Don’t use affirm under any circumstances. They scam consumers
