I found the people at the business very caring. The service was good, friendly and they kept contact with me via whatsapp. I did have to wait a while for the bag, but they make the item after the order is placed. I am very happy with my liezel vanity bag and so pleased that I persevered to find what I wanted.

Tip for consumers:
The colour of the leather seemed a little darker on the photo. I am, however, very happy with what I got.
